    More About the Role:

    Supporting end user applications and working in a multi-tier helpdesk as well as working with software developers, software system engineers, and systems administrators to help reproduce, diagnose, and remediate problems.

    Remote support will include; * Providing support to AESMP end users spanning a variety of issues. * Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. * Responding to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. * Documenting, tracking, and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

    * Providing second-tier support to end users and operational commands for ITEMSS-Developed DRRS-A Software * Maintaining relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing.

    * Help maintain core performance Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Supporting long- and short-range planning. * Developing new and refining existing process to enhance quality and productivity. * Ensuring product quality and timeliness of efforts. * Logging tickets into ServiceNow * Managing user groups, training accounts and routine aspects of the application suites.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications * College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.

    Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree * Must be a U.S.

    Citizen with at least an interim DOD Secret clearance or higher * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment * 7 years Minimum full-time Help Desk Experience * 7 Years Minimum supporting DoD customer * Clear understanding of Army organizational structures * Experience with ServiceNow * Experience with Problem and Incident Management These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have * Experience with continuous integration tools and environments * Experience using Microsoft TFS and/or Agility project tools * Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

    * Acts independently to expose and resolve problems.
