    Description
    Large, privately-held commercial property owner/manager/developer is looking for a Senior Accountant for the Old Town Scottsdale Corporate office. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office) with a salary up to $95K.


    Assistance in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including hotels, mixed use developments, management companies, and various operational companies.

    Assist in annual entity tax reporting.


    Preparation and review of various bank and ledger account reconciliations of assigned financial entities in Blackline to ensure accuracy of applicable accounts on a timely basis.

    Resolve any issues identified on a timely basis.

    Assist in Fixed Asset tracking, reporting, and analysis. Review and report ongoing Capital/ Renovation projects. Maintain additions and disposals on FAS system.

    Maintain and analyze daily cash and credit card entries.

    Assist in reconciliation and resolution of Intercompany and related entity balances.

    Transaction research & dept support

    Special projects, as assigned.

    Additional duties and assistance as periodically required.


    Required Background:
    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.

    CPA Certification / CPA eligible preferred.

    Minimum of 3-5 years in Accounting or Finance. Real Estate industry experience preferred.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite packages (Excel, Word, etc). MRI, Sage Intacct, Blackline, FAS, Agilysys experience a plus.
