    Account Manager – Qosmedix


    FLSA:
    Exempt

    Reports To:
    Director of Sales & Customer Service
    Salary plus commission

    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on actively identifying and securing new accounts within the beauty industry.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty packaging trends, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.


    Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Identify and research potential new clients in the beauty industry through market analysis, networking, and other lead generation techniques.

    New Business Development:
    Develop and implement strategic plans to approach and engage prospective clients. Present our company's capabilities and value proposition to key decision-makers.

    Account Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new accounts.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to meet their packaging needs.


    Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:


    Work closely with internal teams including product development, purchasing, operations and customer service to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional service to clients.


    Market Insights and Feedback:
    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide feedback to the management team to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    Achievement of Sales Targets:
    Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company. Monitor sales performance, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to drive results.
    Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Education/Technical


    Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


    Experience:


    Minimum 5+ years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the beauty industry or packaging sector.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


    Skillsets:
    Strong understanding of beauty packaging trends, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
