Job summary
The job is a Business Process Expert for Stryker Corporation. The expert will work with the Vocera SAP Integration Team, IT Business Partners and Medical deployment team to ensure current business processes are represented in Scope and Requirements Workshops.The expert will also ensure all requirements are captured and documented to reflect the needs of the workstream,
document decisions including individuals involved in decisions and date the decision was made (track progress and closure of action items),
support and execute project plan for workstream that aligns with the program level plan, ensuring all key milestones are met,
manage the execution of detailed project plans for your workstream(s) that aligns with the overall project plan, ensuring all key milestones for the workstream are met,
set expectations with your workstream, holding them accountable to their deliverables and escalating any issues to the leadership team,
help set expectations with functional managers to secure use of power users time on activities.
