    CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER / OUTPATIENT SERVICES

    Westpark Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located near Richmond, Texas.The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families. At Westpark Springs we are dedicated to Changing Peoples Lives.

    As the Clinical Program Manager, you will be a member of the leadership team for Westpark Changes, our offsite partial hospitalization location. Our team drives a Clinical First attitude to help fulfill our mission of Changing Peoples Lives. As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of all clinical treatment programs of patients receiving treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Programs.

    Position Details:
    • Provide oversight and lead all clinical staff.
    • Supervise individual and group counseling, implement treatment modalities/process
    • Assure high quality clinical care is provided to ensure clinical functions are integrated
    • Responsible for ensuring the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
    Qualifications:

    Requirements:

    • Masters Degree in Social Work or is qualified by education and experience in the social services needs of patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
    • State Licensure - Current unencumbered clinical social work or counseling license (LMSW or LPC)
    • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment

    Experience:

    • Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
    • Inpatient healthcare experience.
    • Prior management experience.
