    SUMMARY: A well-established law firm is seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to oversee the Accounting, Billing, Human Resources, Facilities and Regional Office Management teams across their domestic offices. This person will monitor the firm's growth and revenue through budget management, monitoring goals and providing insight into the firm's financial results. This role reports to the executive partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with overseeing legal office operations and strong knowledge of local and state compliance rules and regulations. Additionally, they will have strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and drive positive change across the organization.
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • 5+ years of related operational and financial management experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • CPA required
