Linxon is currently seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across EPC and substation projects.

The Quality Assurance and Control Advisor will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to drive excellence throughout all phases of project delivery.

What will you do:
Develop and execute detailed quality plans for BESS, EPC, and substation projects, outlining key quality control activities and milestones.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with Linxon's quality standards, client requirements, and industry regulations in the context of BESS projects.

Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems, specifically tailored to the unique requirements of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EPC, and substation projects
Maintain accurate and comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and non-conformance reports related to BESS projects.

Provide training on quality processes and standards to project teams, promoting a culture of quality consciousness within the unique requirements of BESS, EPC, and substation projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in quality assurance and control within the construction, engineering, or energy industry, with a specific focus on Battery Energy Storage projects.
