• Permanent 4 years experience required
• Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Performing patient history and physical examinations, diagnostic testing, test interpretation, treatment, patient follow up and education on managing acute and chronic health problems.
• The APP promotes collaboration between the multiple disciplines to ensure cost effective and quality patient care.
• The APP will make referrals to physicians and other healthcare providers, document assessment, management, and education clearly and concisely within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• The APP will dictate discharge summaries, writes prescriptions, explains discharge instructions, and confirms follow up appointments, as well as monitor, record and report systems or changes in patients condition.

• Completion of an accredited NP/PA program required.

• Current licensure as a NP/PA in the State of South Carolina in good standing (SCLLR) required.
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification required.
• Board Certified
