- Proven experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, and operations management.
- Proficiency in process simulation software, CAD/CAM tools, and statistical analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, Minitab).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Industrial Engineering (e.g., Certified Industrial Engineer, CIE) is a plus.
