- LPN x 2 for the evening shift of two 8-hour 3p-11p shifts and two 12-hour 7p-7a shifts each week. 40 hours/week with EOW off.
- I also need LPN x3 for the day shift of two 8-hour 7a-3p shifts and two 12-hour 7a-7p shifts each week. 40 hours/week with EOW off.
- Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with procedures such as catheterization, botulinum toxin treatment, and sterile processing
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider
- Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality
- Provide health coaching and support to patients and their families
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures and practices
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques
- Experience with catheter care and management
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques
- Ability to perform basic sonography procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
