    The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Natural Resources Trust Authority, a pivotal role in the management of financial security systems for oil-field site restoration and orphan well obligations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of financial structures, investment mechanisms, and compliance systems that align with the Authority's mission. This leadership position demands a deep understanding of public finance, energy sector regulation, and fiduciary management.
