- Track-record of leadership capability in "LEAN" systems including Daily Management, Kaizen, and structured Problem-Solving processes.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Expertise in CNC manufacturing and injection-moulding is a plus.
- Able to successfully apply LEAN tools and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and bias for action.
- Skilled in coaching and performance management.

The position will provide hands-on leadership to associates while driving and improving capabilities of new and existing processes and equipment. This role is responsible for driving key performance metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP) while ensuring continuous improvement and achieving targets.
