    Description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As the Recruitment Specialist, this individual will represent the company as a primary point of contact to coordinate interviews and job offers to top talent. This role will source candidates through databases and social media, use traditional/ non-traditional resources and networks to identify and attract top talent. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the applicant's experience from the initial application through the onboarding process in conjunction with the HR Business Partners, to a final decision to hire or decline the candidate.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Scheduling & Travel:

    • Typically Monday - Friday
    • Usual shift is 45 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
    • Travel is primarily local travel during the business day, although some out-of-area/state may be expected.
    Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or similarly administrative role.
    Preferred Education and Experience:
    • Proficient in ADP or other ATS related platforms.
    • Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt and exempt positions.
    • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certified preferred.
