Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• 3 years of experience required
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Serve inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT
• Must have IV skills and power injection experience
• Experience with GE equipment required
• Must be comfortable with trauma, stroke cases, and fast-paced environment
• Weekend rotation: every other weekend
• No call requirements
• 1 day orientation on the unit
• Charting system: EPIC
• Equipment includes Alaris and Pyxis systems
• Gray scrubs required
• Average of 15 scans per day with varying volume
• Weekend night shift includes 1 tech and aide on Friday, 2 techs and aide on Saturday and Sunday
• Transport aid and tech aide support available
• Resident radiologist on-site
• Third-party processing for scans
• Up to 7 days off can be approved
Facility:
This healthcare facility is a 397-bed Level 1 Trauma Center and Level III Perinatal Center with Magnet designation. The facility operates as a teaching hospital and Comprehensive Stroke Center, providing advanced medical care across multiple specialties. The CT department features 3 beds and maintains modern equipment and technology to support high-quality diagnostic imaging services for diverse patient populations.
