Location: Brownwood, TX

Opportunity

Kohler in Brownwood is currently looking for dynamic, dedicated manufacturing associates from faucets assemblers to machine operators to warehouse positions.

This position is responsible for:

• Packing and recording production units.
• Reading and following specific packing instructions for a variety of materials.
• Position requires repetitive, heavy lifting.

Skills/Requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Must have working knowledge of a desktop computer.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift heavy objects.
• Must be able to differentiate between shades of color.
• Position requires exposure to chemicals and dust.
• 18+ years old
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Reliable attendance and work performance
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
