    How You'll Make a Difference:

    Arkos Health is seeking a Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager is responsible for performing all facility operational services at each location including maintenance and repair. Duties will entail performing and/or coordinating repair work through contractors to keep these facilities in good condition. They will aid in the setup of conference rooms for meetings or the relocation of medical equipment and supplies as necessary. The Facilities Manager must maintain a professional, positive, and caring attitude always.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Coordinates with appropriate organizations and outside vendors to ensure accurate current information is available and documented as part of the performance of Preventative Maintenance (PM) procedures
    • Interfaces with management on additions, deletions of modifications to PM procedures as changes to location configuration dictate
    • Monitors and analyzes PM reports, work orders and feedback to optimize effective and efficient PM procedures, planning and scheduling
    • Coordinates with Supply Management Coordinator for Min/Max items, procurement issues and shipments in addition to purchased support services
    • Organizes and schedules specialized training to enhance the overall ability of the department to perform in a sound technical and professional manner
    • Coordinates between facilities acting as the central point of contact for mechanical/electrical PM issues
    • Oversees mailroom department and processes
    • Maintains office equipment, medical equipment, furniture, etc
    • Maintains all plans, procedures, MOPs, SOPs, and all other documentation necessary for safe and proper performance of preventive maintenance activities
    • Aids in the setup of meeting rooms or the relocation of medical equipment as necessary
    • Handles and prioritizes tasks to meet all given deadlines and productivity goals
    • Monitors and schedules incoming work requests for timely scheduling and completion
    • Supervises and coordinates housekeeping company
    • Communicates with all property managers at Arkos Health locations
    • Communicates with contractors pertaining to ongoing projects and oversee vendors utilized by Arkos Health
    • Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the organization

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
    • 1+ years of experience in a facilities management setting
    • Language & Communication Skills: excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders; must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients
    • Decision Making: strong ability to self-manage time to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Computer Skills: able to utilize necessary programs to ensure effective communication, collection of metrics, and proprietary software; including but not limited to: Microsoft product suite
    • Problem Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
