    We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team as an End-of-Life Care Sales Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping us deliver exceptional care and support to patients and families.



    Job Summary:



    • Sell hospice services to healthcare professionals, emphasizing the benefits of palliative care for patients with terminal illnesses.

    • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and address their needs.

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share within designated territories.

    • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless patient transitions from hospital settings into hospice programs
