    Shift: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM

    Experience:


    • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.


    • Must have at least 24 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience.


    • Travel experience is required from any number of months.


    • 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

    Requirements:


    • Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).


    • This role may require floating to additional units and locations


    • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.


    • Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.


    • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - UMASS Memorial.

    Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

    Additional Details:

    You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

    Required Skills/Experience: Skills: Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Isolation Precautions/PPE, MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Post MI, Feeding tube care and management, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Heparin Protocols, PCA, Titrate Cardiac drips, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Total joint replacement, Surgical drains.

    Preferred Skills/Experience: Skills: High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Tracheostomy care/management, Wound Care/Wound Vac.

    Required Credentials: RNs will be required to take a pass/fail Tele exam during orientation. Passing score is an 80%. Most RNs are only allowed 1 attempt. If they do not pass, they will be dismissed and canceled from their assignment. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID.

    Shift & Scheduling: Must also be willing to flex your shift start time by 4 hours before or after the regularly scheduled time, depending on the needs of the unit. Every other weekend and holiday rotation.

    7 days maximum time off

    2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - 1 required for submission
