    Cataract Surgeon & General Ophthalmologist - Chicago, IL

    We are looking to hire a full time Ophthalmologist to the Chicago Illinois market Join an established private practice with a beautiful newly renovated office Our dynamic team is growing Open to subspecialty glaucoma and retina - can incorporate as much as they want

    Job Description:

    • Practice medical, surgical, and lasers
    • Must do Cataract Surgery
    • Cataract volumes: st year)
    • Opportunity to incorporate Glaucoma or Retina if interested
    • See 20-30 patients a day
    • 1-2 days a week of surgery
    • Surgeries are performed at affiliated surgery centers
    • Updated technology

    Compensation + Benefits & Support:

    • $250,000 salary + production model
    • Potential to make up to $500,000 year 1
    • Full support staff
    • Each MD has 2 techs and 1 scribe
    • 2 weeks PTO + 1 week CME + 6 paid holidays

    • $1500 CE Stipend + 3 CE days

    Days/Hours:

    • 5-day work week
    • Office is open Monday-Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST
    • See patients 1 Saturday a month (9 AM to 1 PM on Saturday)
    • See patients in 2 office locations - Near Long Grove and Oakbrook IL

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active IL Ophthalmology license
    • Must be board eligible or board certified
    • Must have a reputation for excellent patient care
