We are seeking a local Utah resident near Ogden.

As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the right hand to one of our Wall Street partners, pivotal in driving our expansion and acquisition strategies. Your role will involve providing elite-level administrative support, ensuring our partner can focus on the big picture while you handle the finer details with finesse.

From managing schedules to orchestrating seamless communication, you'll be the linchpin in our operations, guaranteeing efficiency and effectiveness at every turn. As the face of our executive, your professionalism and problem-solving skills will shine through as you navigate calls, appointments, and interactions with grace.

Keentek Inc, a unique IT company that is on the fast track for a Nasdaq IPO in early 2024.

Keentek is located just off the freeway near the Ogden Airport.

Your role:

Vlogging the process to Wall Street, photography and video media experience is a plus but not required.

Experience with building SSM accounts is a plus. Vlogging experience a plus.

Delivering top-notch administrative support by crafting and refining emails, composing memos, and handling communications on behalf of the executive.

Ensuring meticulous record-keeping to maintain comprehensive and precise documentation.

Undertaking minor accounting tasks to contribute to financial organization.

Coordinating meetings seamlessly, from scheduling and issuing reminders to arranging catering if needed.

Responding to phone inquiries courteously and with professionalism.

Greeting visitors warmly and ascertaining their intentions before guiding them to the relevant department.
