    Introduction to industrial projects with guidance from licensed professional engineers.

    Duties and skills that would be required and / or learned as part of the internship:

    Using Revit and AutoCAD assist in the development of the construction and concept drawings.
    Applying the technical knowledge from course work to real-world applications in the structural engineering profession.
    Introduction into structural and mechanical systems used for the project development, including:

    Structural systems foundations (shallow and deep), concrete civil structures (pits, vaults, tunnels, retaining walls), structural steel framing (towers, bents, trusses, etc.)


    Material Handling and Plant Processing Systems
    Assist in the development of complete sets of fully detailed engineering drawings, with clear and concise specifications.
    Capably participate in project meetings

    Contribute to an amicable working environment with fellow colleagues, associates, and employees to provide excellent customer service and meet project deadlines.


    Qualifications:
    BS or MS Civil/Structural Engineering
    Construction experience preferred
    Revit 1+ yrs

    Compensation:
