PAY : $12.00 / hr

Position Summary:

As a warehouse employee you will load/unload trucks, sort and grade donations and perform a variety of duties within the warehouse operations to support the mission.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
2. Load/Unload trucks or trailers.
3. Sort and grade donations
4. Meet minimum daily production goals
5. Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred/Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
3. Equipment operation experience preferred, i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, balers, tippers, etc.

Position Specifics:

1. Works in a climate-controlled office or retail environment most of the time.
2. Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts; fumes and dust and extreme weather conditions such as heat and cold.
3. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places.
4. Local and distance travel, required.
5. Open scheduling availability is required to meet the needs of the business. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and after-hours.
6. Works 45 hours per week or more as required.
7. Moderate noise level.
8. Occasional travel required.
