    Job DescriptionDescription:

    R&R Heating is looking for Plumbers with at least a PL02 or Idaho Journeyman to help us build our water heater and water treatment division. This role has no on-call work ( maybe some weekends) and is not a service role. We have over 120 employees and are still growing. We offer commissions without high pressure. This is a great opportunity for a fun job with pay and benefits to match.

    Requirements:
    • Valid Wa State PL02 Plumbing license or Idaho Joureyman plumbing license.
    • Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a focus on specialty plumbing services.
    • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
    • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and effectively.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
