    Your Mission:
    As the General Manager, youll be the go-to person for everything at our New Buffalo location.

    Youll work closely with our leadership team to set and smash key performance indicators (KPIs), implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), build and lead a pro budtending team, and keep our store humming along smoothly.

    Youll also be the face of the store, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a great experience.


    What Youll Do:

    Lead the Charge:
    Oversee all departments, employees, and operations. You'll embody our brand values and set the highest standards for our new store.


    Train Like a Pro:

    Keep our team on top of their game by training them on SOPs for everything from inventory management to stellar customer service.



    Strategize:
    Work with ownership to craft both short-term and long-term strategies for growth. Think specials, rewards programs, and killer sales training.


    Marketing Guru:
    Execute creative marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive sales and build our brand.


    Hire and Inspire:
    Manage the hiring process, onboard new team members, conduct performance reviews, and keep our crew motivated and educated.


    Schedule Master:
    Create and manage staff schedules to ensure were always running smoothly.


    Compliance Whiz:
    Coordinate with the leadership team to keep your store compliant on MI cannabis laws and policies.


    Inventory Aficionado:
    Collaborate with leadership and the Inventory Manager(s) to keep our shelves stocked and our customers happy.


    Maintenance Maestro:
    Ensure the store is always in tip-top shape by scheduling repairs and maintaining cleanliness.


    Community Engagement:
    Build relationships with the local community and participate in community events to enhance the stores reputation.


    Data Analyst:
    Collaborate with leadership to monitor sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.


    Conflict Resolver:
    Handle any customer or employee conflicts promptly and professionally.


    Safety Supervisor:

    Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the store provides a safe environment for employees and customers.



    Product Expert:
    Stay updated on cannabis products, industry trends, and new developments to educate staff and customers.


    Tech-Savvy Manager:
    Oversee the implementation and maintenance of store technology, including POS systems and inventory management software.


    Environmental Steward:
    Implement and promote environmentally friendly practices within the store.


    Loss Prevention Specialist:
    Develop and enforce strategies to minimize theft and product loss.


    What Youll Need:

    Experience:
    3-5 years in a management role in a high-pressure environment. Retail experience is a big plus, and cannabis retail experience is a cherry on top. Experience in customer service, sales, and marketing is a plus.


    Leadership Skills:
    Strong leadership and team-building skills to keep our crew cohesive and motivated.


    Sales Savvy:
    Strong sales skills to help drive the business forward.


    Organizational Wizardry:
    Impeccable organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly.


    Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


    Time Management:
    Exemplary time management skills to juggle all your responsibilities effectively.


    Tech Proficiency:
    Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).


    Compliance Knowledge:
    Understanding of local and state cannabis retail laws and regulations.


    Customer Focus:
    Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.


    Marketing Insight:
    Experience in executing marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive sales and build the brand.


    Age & ID:
    Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid drivers license or state ID.


    Background Check:
    Must pass all required background checks.


    Compensation:
    Competitive salary based on experience
