    Job Title: Intake Specialist - Personal Injury

    Downtown Los Angeles law firm seeks an experienced intake specialist for personal injury matters.

    ">

    Key Responsibilities:

      ">
    • Conduct initial intakes with clients to gather information about their cases.
    • Confirm insurance coverage and verify client details.
    • Create new matters and electronic files in our case management system.
    • Coordinate medical treatment and appointments for clients.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis.
    • Assist with general office administration and perform other tasks as needed.

    Requirements:

      ">
    • One year of experience handling personal injury matters.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (written and verbal).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual with excellent time management skills.

    Prior Experience in Filevine Law Software is highly desirable.
