    Job Title: Data Owner Lead Analyst

    Overview:
    Achieve a deep understanding of the business' key data, processes, and flows to ensure execution of critical data governance policy and strategy. Develop and implement solutions to manage data efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:
    ">Partner with Fund Services Data Strategy and Funds Data leads to conduct analysis and modeling for data strategy and maintain hygiene across the Funds business. Ensure consistency in data definition across all applications as per central functional hierarchy and taxonomy (canonical data model).
    ">
    ">Support the Fund Services Data book of work and collaborate with stakeholders to drive and manage priority of key data deliverables. Establish product roadmaps and detailed plans for Funds data initiatives. Manage the data catalogue and hygiene controls for Funds, ensuring KPIs/OKRs are maintained and up to date.
    ">
    ">Define data quality rules and work with technology teams to implement monitoring of these across product processes. Confirm data lineage requirements and establish Critical Data Elements for business processes. Participate in internal and external audit-driven data tracing exercises.
    ">
    Requirements:
    ">Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to data.
    ">Proven track record of delivery in data and financial services domains. Strong knowledge of common data standards like Swift, FIX, FpML. Good understanding of Funds domain and capabilities to make informed decisions about data insights.
    ">
    ">6-10 years of experience in banking and financial services industry, information technology, and data governance. Experience with data management processes, tools, and applications, including process mapping and lineage toolsets. Strong knowledge of structured/unstructured databases, data modeling, and data governance tools.
    ">
    ">Strong stakeholder management skills, verbal communication skills, and problem-solving skills to recognize complex data flow and designs. Ability to actively manage various aspects of data initiatives including analysis, planning, execution, and production management.
