    Job Summary

    Responsible for providing business performance analysis, assisting in the financial planning process and month-end close process. Analyzes a variety of financial data while maintaining and updating financial processes and reporting. Participates in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists with preparing, analyzing, and communicating weekly metrics, monthly results, quarterly and annual projections.
    • Evaluates P&L against budget and forecasted amounts and explains results.
    • Stays informed about industry and market trends that may impact P&L and incorporate this into financial planning.
    • Performs ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested.
    • Continuously reviews and improves financial processes and reporting methods to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Collaborates with other departments including Business Partnering, Accounting, Internal FP&A Team to collect accurate data and insight.
    • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

    Bachelor's Degree
