    My-Take is a high growth, greater-Boston based consumer insight technology and analytics company that connects brands with consumers through research technology online insight communities. My-Take works with a wide range of companies including many Fortune 500 brands.

    The Position

    My-Take is seeking a Director of Business Development to help develop and execute strategic sales plans. This role involves managing the entire sales process. This individual would identify potential clients, develop proposed solutions to their needs, and answer any questions along the way. With the help of our Marketing and Technology teams, this person will lead sales planning and execution for our platform. This role will involve:

    • Consistently building the sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and key stakeholders through outbounding, events, target account research and other lead generation activities, utilizing CRM systems
    • Demonstrate timely actioning of leads, proposals and prospect pitch follow-ups
    • Establishing industry relationships and nurturing these to build brand awareness
    • Working alongside Marketing to develop strong sales assets and nurture the funnel
    • Pitching My-Take through platform demonstrations and conducting webinars
    • Aiding in our response to proposal requests and RFPs

    The Person

    The individual should be naturally curious and passionate, highly motivated, and have a desire to make a real and immediate impact. Some aspects of the products/services are proprietary and would require an NDA.

    Skills/Qualifications

    • Minimum of 7 years in sales or business development
    • Market research industry experience required
    • Effective combination of both selling skills and technical acumen
    • Quick to learn new concepts and technology along with thriving in a lean, growth oriented environment
    • Excellent verbal, written and analytical communication skills
    • Self-sufficient and self-starter
    • Experience in modern prospecting and account development techniques
    • Comfortable and experienced with cold calling into C-Suite and Enterprise size companies
    • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple programs and initiatives simultaneously
    • Pay Structure for Role: Base Salary + Commission
