    Job Summary


    As a PMO (Project Management Office) Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within Saulsbury by providing support, guidance, and governance to project teams.

    You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and management to drive efficiency, standardization, and best practices across the project management lifecycle.

    Your role will involve establishing and maintaining project management processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize project performance and achieve strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    Continuously assess and improve project management processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of project delivery.
    Assist in resource allocation, capacity planning, and resource forecasting to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects.

    Generate and analyze project performance reports, metrics, and KPIs to provide insights into project health, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.

    Facilitate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.

    Develop and maintain risk registers and issue logs to track and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

    Maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
    Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including project teams, sponsors, and key stakeholders. Provide timely updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
    Establish quality assurance processes and standards to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and comply with organizational standards and requirements.
    Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to project managers and project teams on project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    Support change management activities related to project implementations, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and readiness assessments.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management or a related field.
    Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
    Experience in Microsoft office suite tools and cloud-based software systems.
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Willing to travel to job sites.

    Physical Requirements
    Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
    Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.
    Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
