Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our software and peripheral devices meet the needs and expectations of end-users.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with end-users to validate software functionalities and gather valuable feedback to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities Facilitate testing sessions and standups, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. Manage vendors on defect resolution, ensuring timely and accurate fixes. Gather user feedback and insights to inform iterative improvements to the product. Compile comprehensive UAT plans for assigned projects, maintaining meticulous documentation of test plans, cases, and results. Effectively communicate the quality of test results, both functional and non-functional, to stakeholders.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4+ years of Proven experience in UAT or software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation. Flexibility to work weekdays from 8-5, with the possibility of occasional nights and weekends during go-live periods.#J-18808-Ljbffr
