    Since our beginnings in Charlotte, NC in 2000, we have made fresh food daily, served by a staff with exceptional customer service. Every day, our team works effortlessly to provide the freshest ingredients for our guests, with hand-mashed guacamole, house-made salsas, flame-grilled proteins and more. We pride ourselves on quality food and great service that keep our guests coming back. Today, Salsarita's has locations in 18 states, and we have no plans of slowing down anytime soon.

    The Salsarita's Line/Grill Cook will grill meats, vegetables, fry chips and other hot food preparation. They are also responsible for other duties in the areas of food and final order preparation.     What you will do:

    • Understand our Guest-Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
    • Prepare raw ingredients and follow strict recipes.
    • Use proper portioning techniques.
    • Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared.
    • Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times.
