Opportunity Details:

• Shared single entrance and waiting area with Family Medicine with dedicated Internal Medicine exam room and physician workspace 

• 36 patient contact hours/ week

• Patient volume: 18-20

• 100% Outpatient

• Outpatient Internal Medicine call 1:18 (Second Call)

• Chronic care coordination team, behavioral health support services

• On-site X-ray and lab services

• J-1 and H1B candidates are welcome to apply
