Job summary
We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at our Fairview Woodwinds Clinic in Woodbury, MN This is a .75 FTE (60 hours per 2 weeks) position. The Specialty Radiologic Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high-quality diagnostic imaging in multiple ambulatory settings and locations. Responsible for providing quality age-appropriate patient care for patients according to established standards of practice and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. Provides assist in the opening of the supplies/equipment for surgical and special procedure cases as well as responding to codes, trauma activations and other emergent needs for imaging in an ambulatory care environment.Responsibilities
- Accurately performs diagnostic exams and procedures
- Communicate with and educate patient regarding pertinent information during all aspects of service
- Completes quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and use of technical factors according to protocol.
