Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator

Adept Audiology is a premier privately owned hearing and balance practice serving Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota. We are known for exceptional care, strong patient relationships, and creating an experience that feels welcoming, supportive, and personal from the very first interaction.
We are seeking a front-facing, people-loving Patient Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming voice and face of our practice. This role is critical — you are often the first person a patient speaks with, and your warmth, confidence, and communication style help patients feel comfortable choosing our office for their care.
What You'll Do
- Answer phones with energy, confidence, and genuine warmth — helping patients feel at ease and excited to come into the office
- Greet patients in person with a friendly, upbeat presence
- Schedule appointments efficiently while educating and encouraging patients about next steps
- Collect and enter patient information accurately into our EMR system
- Manage payments and support front-office financial processes
- Assist with general office operations including scanning, ordering supplies, and document management
- Verify insurance benefits as needed
- Support smooth office flow and jump in to help wherever needed
Who You Are
- Naturally bubbly, outgoing, and friendly
- Comfortable talking on the phone and confident explaining information to patients
- A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Tech-comfortable and able to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in a medical or professional front desk role is a plus — but personality and attitude matter most
