    Job Description

    We are seeking highly skilled specialists to join our team in various Claims Queues. Upon on-boarding, you will receive comprehensive training on technical issue diagnosis and claim filing over the phone.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims.
    • Identify and deliver solutions to common problems with consumer electronics through creative problem solving.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes using the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management tool.
    • Conduct repair diagnostics on mobile devices, electronics, and other gadgets over the phone.
    • Collaborate in creating and piloting new programs, documenting processes accurately.

    Shift Requirements:

    After completing the training program, specialists will be assigned a permanent shift. This may involve working nights and/or weekends.
