- Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy plans
- Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions to students
- Assist in assessing and evaluating students' speech and language abilities
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' therapy and progress
- Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field
- SLPA Licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
