    We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse and Yard Specialist to contribute to our success in maintaining the appearance and inventory of our facility. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that emphasizes safety and quality.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Load customer vehicles with supplies or gravel
    • Organize the yard and warehouse according to Store Manager direction
    • Maintain a clean and orderly shop environment
    • Ensure equipment in the yard is well-organized
    • Locate and inventory materials and supplies as needed
    • Load and unload deliveries or shipments in the yard
    • Empty trash from the shop, lunchroom, and yard daily
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed

    What You Need to Succeed:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Preferred knowledge of equipment usage
    • Ability or willingness to learn to operate machinery such as motor vehicles, front-end loaders, and power washers
    • A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols
    • Capacity to remember the locations of various tools and equipment for prompt access
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
    • Effective verbal communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
    • Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments regardless of weather
    • Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak periods, including Saturdays
