    a day in the life:
    what you'll do

    Manage a series of large high-complexity projects or multiple concurrent programs within the Digital Transactions portfolio and partner with PMO leadership to build detailed program plans, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing.

    Monitor program performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics. Provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the program workstreams. Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the program. Manage the tracking of program budget, change requests, and intake management. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase efficiency. Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans. Assist in implementation and dissemination of effective program management practices across functions, including processes, tools, and standard operating procedures. Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the program scope. Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific program scope of service requirements. Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews.

    Establish, evaluate, and maintain performance standards for all areas of program management to ensure performance targets are achieved while continually looking for ways to enhance delivery and reduce costs.

    Ensure the program team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.

    Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days/week.
    40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
    qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering Management or related field, and 5 years of

    progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology.
    Or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management or related field and 3 years of

    work experience in Information Technology.
    Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in all of the following:


    • IT project management experience in the retail sector;
    • Sterling OMS or Manhattan Active Omni;
    • Scrum master; and,
    Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

    Your role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Workplace Policy.
    In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.

    lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance.

    Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $170,120 to $190,120 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

    As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
