    MUST BE ILLINOIS CERTIFIED CNA

    Elite Care Management is seeking qualified Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one patient care in the CHICAGO NORTH area.

    3 SHIFTS PER WEEK - 32 HOURS/WK

    9:30AM TO 7:30PM & 9:30AM TO 8:30PM

    PATIENT CARE INCLUDES: Hoyer lift / sponge baths / meal prep / miscellaneous household duties when needed

    At Elite Care Management, you would be joining the world of Private Duty Nursing, where you will provide ONE-ON-ONE skilled care to patients in need. You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift.
