    Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CFO, Oberons Financial Analyst will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and will play a pivotal role in supporting critical financial functions, contributing to strategic decision-making.


    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgeting processes.
    Analyze and interpret financial date to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
    Conduct financial due diligence on potential investors, partners, and acquisition targets to support strategic decision-making.
    Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
    Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
    Develops regular financial reports and forecasting tools for executive leadership, investors and other stakeholders.
    Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics to provide actionable recommendations.
    Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the companys financial health.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.


    RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:
    EDUCATION, TRAITS & EXPERIENCEBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. MBA or progress towards CFA certification is a plus.
    Two years of professional experience in investment banking as an Analyst or Associate, preferably supporting renewable energy clients.

    Rockstar modeling skills in Excel and related tools, with an ability to connect the dots, not just put a model together.

    Thorough understanding of project management.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
