About the Role:
At Elite Branding, we're seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our executives and team members. As a Personal Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects. You'll handle administrative duties, manage schedules, and act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations.
• Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
