Site Support Technician
Monogram is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our team members. This position reports to the IT Support Manager and is on-site at the Martinsville, VA facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems, identifying opportunities for standardization and process improvement, and ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data.
This position will also be part of an on-call rotation which provides after-hours support for critical issues.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for addressing incidents and service requests submitted to the ticketing system from remote and on-site team members.
The ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and diagnose software configuration issues will be required.
This person will also be responsible for administration tasks related to permissions, user accounts, and provisioning in a Microsoft environment.
This position will need experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Windows operating systems. Experience with multifunction printers, video conference systems, and phone systems will also be needed in this role.This person should have great communication skills and the ability to create and maintain documentation. Experience with creation of Knowledge Base articles is a plus.

Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some periods of time may be spent in computer room and communications equipment spaces for installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy computer equipment. This position would be required to work on the production floor as necessary to complete tasks (less than 20%). Necessary Personal Protective Equipment would be worn while in designated areas were that equipment is required.
