- Research, prepare and issue official notices of non-compliance, default and termination to franchisees due to contractual violations
- Ensure compliance with state franchise relationship laws affecting default and termination notification requirements
- Administer the outside investor application process for new business entities and ownership structures
- Prepare appropriate assignment and guaranty addenda to recognize new business entities and ownership structures
- Administer the designated representative application process
- Support in-house attorneys and outside counsel by producing various documents and information pursuant to franchisee matters and litigation
- Work on other ad-hoc projects as they arise
- Review policies and procedures periodically to improve efficiencies
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- General experience and comfort with legal matters and documents
- Strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while balancing team and individual responsibilities
