Description

Insight Global seeks a WMS Administrator to address business challenges, devise technology solutions, and implement a future capabilities roadmap.

This individual will be collaborating with warehouse, logistics, internal/external IT, and cross-functional teams to optimize products for customer satisfaction during company expansion.

• Oracle Cloud WMS SME/Administrator
• Maintain system settings, user access, and configurations
• Assist in site expansions, consolidations, and new implementations
• Manage WMS system support, enhance performance
• Align configurations with business requirements
• Identify and address system gaps for improvement
• Define and document test cases, manage user acceptance testing
• Develop and train support staff on WMS functionality
• Monitor WMS and supporting systems
• Experience as a WMS System Administration
• Experience with Oracle Cloud WMS or HighJump WMS or Korber WMS or Manhattan WMS or Accellos WMS
• Experience with Lightning Pick Automation Solutions
• Experience
• Bachelor's degree

-3 years + experience within distribution, Manufacturing, or supply chain

• Experience

as System Admin over ERP or WMS systems

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
