    • Rank Dependent on Qualifications Department General Surgery Faculty City Salt Lake City, UT Track Non Tenure Track New Position to Begin July 1, 2024 DetailsThe Division of General Surgery at the University of Utah School of Medicine is recruiting a Board-Certified general surgeon for a surgical faculty position at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level.
    The appointment will be commensurate with experience. This will be a clinical track appointment with the majority of time spent providing clinical care.

    The successful applicant will work at one or both of our two main outpatient surgery centers (Farmington and South Jordan).

    The appropriate individual will be experienced in performing bread and butter general surgery, breast surgery, upper and lower endoscopy and preferably have at least 5 years of clinical experience beyond training with a reputation for clinical excellence.

    This will be a .75 to 1.0 FTE position.
