As a Shift Manager you will have full accountability for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present.

    • Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
    • Assist management with training and coaching team members
    • Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
    • Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
    • Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial resultsAES is very goal oriented. As the Shift Manager you will work with the General and Assistant Manager to achieve high performance in areas such as,
