    Role Overview:


    Foxens suite of fintech solutions is expanding and a talented Senior Product Manager is needed to own our next greenfield product.

    As Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing against the vision for Foxens next offering.

    This role involves conducting market research, defining a go to market strategy, establishing relationships with external partners, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver an innovative product that customers love.

    Strong communication skills are a must, as this individual will confidently share and execute strategies with partners at all levels.


    Kew Responsibilities:
    Develop and articulate a clear product strategy.
    Own the entire product development process for introducing and scaling Foxens next product.
    Establish and mature the strategic external partnerships necessary for expanding Foxens product suite.
    Continuously conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
    Closely partner with cross-functional stakeholders to successfully take your product to market and scale it.
    Lead the creation and delivery of an analytically and hypothesis-based roadmap.
    Define product requirements and communicate them to Foxens Engineering Team.
    Continually measure, analyze, and optimize the product that you own.


    Qualifications:
    6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in the fintech, proptech, payments, or related spaces.
    Experience taking high impact products from 0 to 1 in complex environments.
    Demonstrated experience establishing relationships, advancing partnerships, and delivering innovative products with external partners.
    Highly organized with the ability to communicate ideas, explain concepts, and serve as a subject matter expert.

    Proven strong and positive work ethic with the ability to manage multiple project aspects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    Engaging verbal, written, and interpersonal skills including professional presence in presentations or when communicating challenges and opportunities.
    Bachelors or masters degree with a business, computer science, or related focus.
