- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine welding specifications.
- Set up welding equipment, including MIG and TIG machines.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding based on project requirements.
- Use hand-held grinders, sanders, and power tools for finishing work.
- Multi-task on various welding projects with attention to detail.
- Lift and move materials weighing 25-30 lbs.
- Pass a basic weld test to demonstrate bead quality and fit-up skills.
- Experience in MIG and TIG welding.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and setup.
- Must have own tools for the job.
- Ability to lift moderate weights.
- Drug test and background check required.
- Welders must bring their own hoods for interviews and testing.
