Job summary
This position provides leadership direction for staff of the Population and Community Health Bureau by overseeing fiscal financial accounting human resources budget grants management property management contractual obligation instruments.Responsibilities
* Manage supervise Administrative Services Unit Staff* Provide guidance direction to fiscal program staff in areas of Human Resources Accounting Management Reporting System purchasing accounts payables budget management Human Resources personnel transactions* Provide direction guidance to eleven programs including all staff within Bureaus by providing services assistance in all areas of financial accounting human resources budget grants management property management contractual obligation instrumentsul>• Produce Strategic Execution Plans for bureau administrative unit• Communicate with Public Health Division other divisions Department of Health along with communications various suppliers contractors entities administrative tasks
