**Job Description:**
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a Water Mitigation Technician, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, assessing the extent of damage, and implementing appropriate mitigation procedures to restore affected properties to their pre-loss condition.

**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to emergency water damage calls promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough assessments of water damage and determine appropriate mitigation procedures.
- Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and restoration activities.
- Remove damaged materials and debris as needed.
- Monitor and document the progress of mitigation efforts.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and insurance representatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in water mitigation or related field is required.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to be on call possibly 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
